Hi! Gneno, GO here! This mini article / update is way overdue, my goal was to have it finished by April 1, 2025. Well! Better late than never, right? With the long-anticipated wait for the update for PIXARK, I’ve had a very hard time overall with settling down with my thoughts and publishing updates trying to maintain a healthy Community. It might be a little extra tricky since we here in the Nordics soon™ have summer? Anyway, enough with the small talk and get down to the real reason of this Article! (TL;DR at the bottom!) I’ve personally trying really hard to look around for modding possibilities for PIXARK, and what other “Modders” have been doing on the “Steam Workshop”. The entire catalogue of “65” creations, mostly abandoned is fun to look through, but it leaves a bitter taste in my mouth of what’s upcoming (if!) this highly anticipated Update isn’t delivering a major content overhaul. (Spoilers!) => This leads me on another road to try to look for other games <= (Spoilers!) I can safely say that, while I look for another game to try to upkeep this amazing Community, we have managed to get together with PIXARK, we will still have our servers running! (Remember I promised the community that? 😉). If you like Minecraft, you will like what I am trying to set up for EVERYONE that has a copy of it! While the majority of “Internal Members” might dislike Minecraft, I have very, very fond memories of that Game. All the way back to version 1.13 of Bedrock! (And earlier than that, with the Java Version...) In my youth I remember how Relaxing the feeling was coming home from High School, starting the PC and start playing Minecraft. That is the exact reason I want to try give the same feeling I had, to You! With this Amazing community!! When I’ve had the chance to discuss this “internally”, one downside is that while my Vision for this community is truly endless, it is not possible to give you a “Java”-Version at this time. That means, on the other hand, you will be able to Connect to Our server on PC, Phone, Console! That’s at least 1 more than for PIXARK 😉. But with this Project I have in mind, I’m also quite alone on this Journey. That means I won’t have the awesome knowledge backed by “Holyfrey” or other “Staff” to turn to if something goes Poof! That is because the server for this will be run on a “Realm”-slot, rather than our own server bracket which hopefully will be enough for our users! While the downside of the server is also that its locked to “Realms”, its better for You, as an user to connect and have fun on. What I want to say with this is, Privacy & Safety related, it is living up to my own expectations of security provided while using our Service(s)! Hmm, did I miss something now? Hope all is well, I have been logging some hours onto the sky ark server and have come across some issues again with breeding and damage scaling as I did before To raise an argentavis egg requires 11 hours of constant care, like no joke if you log off 10 hours in it will die of starvation, the rate baby dinosaurs consume food is insane This making obtaining a wyvern In game impossible as you cannot keep killing the wyverns for milk fast enough Which brings me to my next point, wild npcs have base damage, so having the level being capped at 60 is like playing this game on hard-core, you can't kill wyverns without trapping, and you can't solo run ruins for loot because the mobs rip you apart

all in all its great you guys managed to get a cluster going for the 2 maps , appreciate it

also is the Level cap still 60? for wild dinos? if so end game content starts to pose more risk than reward , bosses all spawn level 1 and do base damage on every server so having a lower cap on wild tames makes bosses unable to be killed solo and would require multiple too do so, in theory

so by the looks of it the first server we are on now could be taken down and the cluster servers are gonna be the main use?

We have managed to get One server with PixArk map and one server for Skyark map. They are connected with Cluster so you can teleport to them. The only thing we have not manage to do is that you can take with yuou ressursers over to the other server. The settings we have tested out do not work, and its verry litle info about this on the nett. So we see what we find out. If you whant to test out the servers ust searth for holy or holyfrey in the server list.

I have found a redit post that this have been a problem for around 4 years, and thats it when you try6 to start 2 dedicatred server on one pc the secound one will have problem with clients to connect. This 99% no other servers have problem with, so the developers have done a miss here, but we still trying to see if we can get this working and Im updating here what we find out.

thanks, for the Reponses guys ❤️ even having a second server with the skyark map would be fine maybe pixark know about issues they have and (fingers crossed) fix them with their update they talked about about the Breeding, yeah, pixark is kinda a laid back version of Ark but those numbers are off LOL it was like playing the game Overcooked, frantically running around trying to get more and more meat for my Argentavis at 1% mature rate 🤣

Hey @Daxan welcome to our Forum! 😀 I personally think having a secondary Server in addition to our first "The PixArk - Pioneering", server would be quite cool! Atleast in the meantime while we are having some difficulties with janky "Cluster"—feature.. 😩 Regarding the "Breeding" being in a faulty setting is something i've never tried in PixArk yet, so I have to go by that your information is correct. Is that something we can adjust? @Holyfrey

We have tryed to set up the SkyArk, but somehow when we start the server the Skyark world wil not be created, Im not sure whats wrong. Will try another try in some days and see what we find out, as its not easy to find much info about it, but will update here when I have find out something about it.

Wondering if there would be some traction on bringing out the Skyark map and potentially adjusting some settings regarding Breeding and Raising as the current settings are quite Iffy as baby dino's food consumption rate is soo fast and Raise Timeframe is quite long (14 hrs for Argentavis)

That Guild is FAKE ( and created by Fucking Internet Trolls) to harasment people in my name. The Game MAsters to Blizzard dont give a fuck, as they dont have any money to hire GM's to keep people to the Terms Of Service and remove shitty people from the game. As long Blizzard gets your Money they dont care if the game get corupted with poisined people.
