Holyfrey's Community Minecraft Server Terms of Service (ToS)

1. Acceptance of Terms
By joining and playing on our server, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. Failure to comply may result in warnings, temporary bans, or permanent removal from the server.

2. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for your own account. Actions taken using your account will be attributed to you.
- Maintain a respectful and constructive attitude toward other players and staff.
- Report any issues or violations of these terms to the server administrators.

3. Prohibited Activities
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Hacking, cheating, or using unauthorized mods or tools to gain an unfair advantage.
- Griefing, stealing, or intentionally destroying others' builds or resources.
- Posting offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content in chat or through builds.
- Advertising other servers, websites, or products without permission.
- Exploiting bugs or glitches; any discovered issues should be reported immediately.

4. Server Ownership and Content
- All builds, data, and content on the server are the property of the server owner. Players grant the server permission to use any player-generated content.
- The server reserves the right to reset or modify the game world when needed.

5. Modifications to Terms
The server administration reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting, and players are responsible for keeping up-to-date with them.

6. Disclaimer
The server owner and staff are not responsible for any data loss, in-game currency loss, or other damages arising from server use. Use the server at your own risk.

7. Enforcement
The server staff has full discretion to enforce these terms, including issuing warnings, bans, or other actions deemed necessary to maintain the server's integrity and community.
